How to Write a Graduation Thesis – 1
On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, at 1:30 p.m., a seminar titled “How to Write a Graduation Thesis – 1” was held at the Faculty of Theology of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) for students of the Faculty of Theology. The seminar was delivered by Dr. Ulanbek Kalmurza Uulu, a research fellow in Islamic Studies.
During the seminar, comprehensive information was provided on selecting and delimiting a thesis topic, research methods, preparing a preliminary outline and provisional bibliography, reading and note-taking techniques, and the stages of transitioning to the thesis writing process. Emphasis was placed on the careful review of relevant sources and the clear and coherent presentation of the collected data.
Dr. Kalmurza Uulu emphasized the importance of adhering to the university’s official thesis writing guidelines when citing sources and using references and footnotes. He also offered detailed explanations regarding the general principles of thesis writing.
The seminar concluded with a question-and-answer session with the students.
