Academic Cooperation Protocol Signed Between Manas University and Kırklareli University
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) and Kırklareli University have signed significant agreements to strengthen academic cooperation.
During the visit on October 17, 2025, Kırklareli University Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak was received at the Rectorate by KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev, and Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. İsmet Altıntaş.
At the signing ceremony held at the Rectorate, the Orhun Exchange Program agreement and a bilateral cooperation protocol were signed by KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and Kırklareli University Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak. The protocol aims to promote joint scientific research, implement student and academic staff exchange programs, and enhance comprehensive cooperation in higher education and research.
Following the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak visited Media Manas and received information about the university’s broadcasting activities.
